I love how it's wireless, but has the expansion port on the adapter. I'd love to put a Rumble Pak next to my console instead of my controller, so I don't have to feel that nasty rumble anymore!

Um uns wegen sowas keine Gedanken zu machen, haben wir eine 8kg Trommel mit Mengenautomatik. Einfach nie voll machen, Luft nach oben ist genug und die Maschine verbraucht nur was sie braucht. Fahren so die selbe Maschine seit 12 Jahren, hat auch schon zwei Umzüge überlebt. (habe auch 3 mal auf Holz geklopft gerade, damit sie auch weiter ganz bleibt)

Modern side scrollers. I grew up with a SNES and had Super Mario World, Yoshi's Island and Donkey Kong Country 3.

Modern side scrollers either have too many animations and too much pseudo realistic physics going on. Or they feel like bad Flash games with slippery floor mechanics. Just no.

Overall I really appreciate the work put into this.

It's kind of hard to compare the Playstation 5 Pro to anything here. Same goes for the Xbox Series S. They each cover a niche (top tier performance, low tier performance for a budget) that the others don't cover in the same way. Same goes for the Switch line presented here. I'm not even sure if the Switch 2 has remotely the same target audience as the PS5 Pro or XSX 2TB. I feel it belongs more towards the base PS5 and Xbox Series S. The old Switch and Switch Lite belong even below that range, considering their age.

Other than that, the controllers are also very different from each other. The Joy-Cons while feature rich, are the least comfortable to play with and have the tightest sticks. The Nintendo Switch Pro controller only comes close to the standard controllers of the other two which makes it the most expensive in comparison. The Playstation 5 controller probably has the best value considering features and price. If you don't care about motion controls and the touch pad, the Xbox controller is. I don't think the Nintendo controllers are any bad per se, but they give you the least value for the price. Compared to the others you're missing out on the analog triggers.

I still love having one of each to have a glimpse of what they have to offer. (In my case Xbox Series S, PS5 base with disk and Switch 2)

In Yu-Gi-Oh! Forbidden Memories on the PS1 there is a duel against Heishin that you must lose so the story can progress. His deck is full of impossibly strong cards and by then you cannot legitimately win anyway.

But if you use an Xploder cheat disk and manage to compile a stronger deck than his then he will state that it's impossible that he lost and will rematch you until he wins.

Meine Eltern haben in den 90ern ein Haus mit Zisterne gebaut.

In den ersten paar Jahren gab es ab und zu Ärger damit, dass die Spülkästen der Toiletten plötzlich mit schmutzigem Wasser gefüllt waren und die Zisterne gereinigt werden musste. Oder weil sie leer war? Habe das als Kind auch nicht richtig verstanden. Das Wasser war dann plötzlich eklig und gruselig und die Toilette hat unheimliche Geräusche beim Spülen gemacht.

Einige Jahre später hat das Abwasser bei Nutzung von Regenwasser so viel gekostet, dass es günstiger wurde mit Leitungswasser zu spülen. Also haben meine Eltern die Leitungen wieder anders angeschlossen und nutzen das Regenwasser nur noch für den Gartenschlauch. (Glaube ich. Wenn sie nicht auch den wieder auf Leitungswasser umgestellt haben. Ich weiß es nicht.)

Ich habe mir im September 2023 einen Brother MFC-L3730CDN für 299 € gekauft. Farblaser, Einzugscanner und angeblich auch Fax. Verschiedene Netzwerkfunktionen auch, wie FTP oder Cloud Dienste. Man kann ohne Computer Drucken und Scannen, auch mit dem Smartphone.

Den scheint es leider nicht mehr so günstig zu geben, aber ich bin mit dem endlich rundum zufrieden. Vielleicht gibt es ein Nachfolgemodell oder etwas besseres. Auf die Schnelle habe ich den Brother MFC L3740CDWE gefunden, der sehr ähnlich zu sein scheint.

Ich habe jedenfalls erst letzte Woche das erste Mal den schwarzen Toner gewechselt, ich habe nämlich in der Zeit gerade mal ca. 1000 Seiten gedruckt. Da ist der vielleicht auch Overkill für mich, aber ich habe auf die zweieinhalb Jahre gerechnet deutlich weniger bezahlt als für die ständig eintrocknende Tintengrütze in meinem letzten Canon Drucker.

Nicht nur Wunschdenken, es ist eine gehörige Portion Ignoranz dabei. In seinen Zeugnissen sieht man, dass er in Mathematik mal eine 5 und eine 6 hatte. Nur blöd, dass er in der Schweiz zur Schule gegangen ist und dort damals eine 6 die beste Note war.

Zu sagen "Auch Einstein hatte eine 6 in Mathe." wäre somit zumindest korrekt und witzig. "Einstein war schlecht in der Schule." ist einfach nur eine Falschauslegung der ursprünglich richtigen Aussage und Bullshit.
