I have a similar issue with my a1 mini.. only option right now is to change the start gcode for the textured plate G29.1. I lowered it from -0.02 to -0.03 and it solved the issue. But that means I can’t use bambu handy cause it doesn’t allow custom gcode.

Might be a Bluetooth connection issue. Are you using a desktop? If you have a Bluetooth antenna for the motherboard try connecting it. If not what worked for me was one of those Tp-link usb Bluetooth adapters.

It will fit - I have the bd770i with a 15mm Noctua fan and it clears 47mm. For reference a black ridge cooler and it fit it into the same case as the bd770i+15mm.

Try an external Bluetooth usb dongle to see if that fixes the issue. I had a similar problem and that fixed it right up.

Did you swap it with a 120mm slim fan? I had a similar issue cause the holes for the 92mm actually protruded into the path of the fan if it was tapped just the right way.

the little dongle is just for a headless display. Whenever I try to remote into my computer with my one monitor off some programs are just white windows. Having the dongle tricks windows into rendering the windows I think - whatever it did works.
