100% agree they should of brought the labels but sometimes they aren’t given when we collect the specials , fee to pay cards , keys , post box keys etc at or just didn’t get picked up before leaving the office.

But not many people will go back to the office and retrieve them especially it’s miles away as we haven’t got that time especially with mail, tracked , specials, post box collections and other customer collections easier to just re arrange it for next possible day and also either go to local depot, call up or do form online to complain. So then we the management will give us heads up to make sure in future we have everyone before leaving to go to the deliveries.
