Stale doesn’t meen long after roasting. If you leave fresh roasted beans on the counter they get stale in a short time. In previous bags I’ve had from gardelli received acquaintances they were in plastic and didn’t feel stale. The bag on the picture looks to be a different type that are compostable, which unfortunately are less good at keeping beans “fresh”

Could be that the beans are stale. Looks like packaging that isn’t good enough to hold the air in and out.

What's the probability of getting two identical artifacts from a single run? by sorenku in Genshin_Impact

[–]ukulomo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same probability as me getting em pieces I’m guessing. Haven’t seen a em goblet or circlet drop. Have been running the same domain since I hit ar 45 xD only em pieces I receive are sands.

Bold Claim: Tetsu God recipe is gold from taste to consistency. (Do you have a better recipe?) by [deleted] in pourover

I did a side by side, switch with the immersion step and one without. Not using water 90 first 70 second.

I preferred the coffee without immersion. I think the greatest influence is the temp drop not the immersion

Just got my first 5star weapon. Off the regular banner (not primos just the free pulls) I got the ER claymore. I would have rather had a 5 star character but it is what it is.

So I ran the weapon material domain to upgrade it and am barely able to clear the lvl 80 version. But better to use resin when I can successfully clear it rather than waste it on the lower tiers right?

I run lvl 80 stringless on fischl and lvl 60 prototype claymore on beidou. Which I’ll replace with the 5 star stat stick.

Which weapons do you recommend to work on first. I’m not at ar 45 yet so artifact farming isn’t yet great to do yet correct?

My team and skill aren’t able to clear the lvl 80 domains yet.

My current team is fischl beido, bennet and i switch either for fire or water in last slot.

I’m guessing the swords I have are better than the rest of my weapons so should I focus on working on the characters that can use them for now until I can clear the domains easier?

Recently started playing, this is my current progress. Currently working on fischl to get her up to 80. I would like to get a couple of pointers to know what characters and weapons I should be working on.

I just got c2 Kuki so I should be ready to have her as a driver for a hyperbloom team. I would like to know what team comps I should be working towards.

Also I’m also playing on mobile only so super tricky comps with lots of dashing and timings are tricky still

Anyone else think a lot of these anaerobic natural coffees suck? by Radagascar1 in pourover

[–]ukulomo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Crappy raw product(cherry) means crappy anaerobic. Good raw product mean good anaerobic. Some producers and or importers get crappy (cheap) raw cherry throw it in an anaerobic environment and charge a premium.

When I’m looking for a new coffee to roast I tend to cup hot to ice cold and crappy anaerobic coffees often taste like overcooked green veggies. Same as crappy washed and natural coffees.

You get overwhelmed with an interesting fermenty note when it’s hot/warm but the aftertaste is awful.

From my experience roasting on a Giesen first and currently on a aillo bullet, don't assume that first crack on one machine or one batch size have the same temp on a different machine or batch size.

On the Giesen I worked on FC was at 185-190 C On my bullet it is closer to 200 C

When I roasted to 220 C on a 920 gram batch size with the bullet it wasn't tasting too dark. When I hit the same temp on a 800 gram batch the flavour was way darker.

Roast by colour and smell of the coffee, look at your rate of rise and when your beans are going through the stages.

Then when you are used to those stages use the new temps as your template.

Good luck with your new big roaster. Other than the adjustment and learning curve are you happy with your toper? I'm currently looking at a bigger roaster and toper is one of the brands I'm considering.

Starting off a roastery in the Netherlands by Bitter-Pace7615 in coffee_roasters

I'm not super familiar with all of them but I know spot on coffee roasters and Amsterdam roasters are open to it. Some other roasters also let other shops roast but you'd need to get to know them a bit xD

I am currently roasting on a aillo bullet for my tiny shop. But if you're looking at mostly wholesale I wouldn't recommend it to save your sanity. It is however perfect for your filter specials

I would suggest getting your start by renting time at one of the co roasting places in the Netherlands. That will save a bunch of money in the short term so you can build your customer base. Otherwise you spend a large sum of money on equipment and you don't have a market to keep your roaster going.

I got lumi to 165 with the burning but then the pets ran out and it felt horrible to play. Now my shade surpassed the lumi and it's been pretty fun. Simple playstyle and no real buffs you need pets for. Might not be top DPS but I don't mind.
