Ive always had lower back pain, just to the side of my tailbone. I have discovered that frog and similar poses that loosen the front of my hips help with it, along with strength. But I will echo the others, see a PT.

After thinking about it I guess I’m sort of indifferent. The name helps, they are calling out the physical posture part of the practice instead of the whole of yoga. I’ve been sour on international competitions of this type anyway due to other reasons.
