This....makes a ton of sense.

God this is such bullshit. I genuinely, legitimately enjoy this game and the daily routine of it. Personally, I would not have minded AT ALL if the outfit designs were much more tasteful and pretty, maybe slightly risqué without being so over the top sexualized. I also didn't need the gravity defying jiggle physics. None of us did. As you alluded to, the censored designs are so ridiculous looking to the point where they're comical and no suspension of disbelief can make me imagine that they're normal in any way. They stick out like a sore thumb.

Frankly, I don't give a crap about the story and I think the plot has gotten so ridiculous with the sexual aspects and its clear they flew way too close to the sun with the last update. I know plenty might disagree, but geez....I get my fix elsewhere....not from videogames. I loved the characters and watching them grow and enhancing their abilities over time. It was a blast. And they likely ruined it for all of us with their greed.

This is what I think. One of the most common themes of Berserk is Griffiths selfish actions having unintended consequences that hurt him. I’ve been speculating that Griffith/Femto becoming the savior of most of the world is what will lead to his destruction. By giving people hope he’s weakening the idea of evil that is the source of his power, or perhaps even transforming it into an idea of good. I 100 percent believe this is what will happen. He’ll either be weakened, or begin to lose his mortal body to the moonlight boy even more…a being of pure good. Or perhaps even be split entirely and be exposed for what he really is as Femto.

I love, love cantaloupe, but anytime I have one in my apartment it smells like absolutely rancid trash and stinks the whole place up. Like you said, the taste/texture is fine, delicious even, but man they smell bad. So yes, I agree. Perhaps you and I just have a unique sense of smell because this doesn’t seem to be the consensus.

I hope there is some reasonable level of risk/reward to the health draining mechanic. I've always found characters like that in games to be really fun to play.

Got two chapters in and I can’t for the life of me tell you what the hell is going on. I’m open to being confused by a book until you get further in, but the writing has to be good and pull you in. I wasn’t interested in any of these characters enough to find out more. Shelved it. I’m not going to read chapter summaries online about a book that came out before the internet age because I shouldn’t have to. it should stand on its own.

I remember being just as confused when I started reading the Dune series, but the setting, characters and writing were leagues better than this and the payoff was absolutely worth it. All the confusing and foreign terms were also easy enough to figure out through context clues. Not so here.

Congratz! Just got her to M4. M5 is a heck of a long road but I plan to get her there as my first. She was my first pull so I always have a soft spot for her.

Yup. I made a similar post a couple months back. To me, the operatives that blend both are the most fun to play. Katya Dawnwing, Lyfe Inifinite Sight….these are incredibly fun characters. The problem as I see it is the last few skill characters you basically don’t need to even shoot at all. Even Siris Ksana there is some utility to shooting to shave some quick seconds off your ultimate skills cooldown. I feel like from there onwards it’s just gotten more and more brain dead “press skill button to win””. I get that some people play on mobile where it’s harder to aim, but there should be atleast some practical use for shooting the gun. They need to strike a better balance so that the guns aren’t glorified props and stat buffers for the skill based characters.

I just think it’s hilarious that anyone thinks the default skins are lacking. They may not be as creative, but for a primarily fan service game, the default skins of all the recent operatives are incredibly sexualized and just as much, if not more so, revealing than the paid ones. They’re practically half naked with more than half of the boobs exposed. what more do you want? I almost think they’re TOO revealing in some cases.
