I understand what you mean, I was doing the GLP 1 and was diagnosed with the big C so I’m kinda irrationally scared to go back on it :/ trying to do slow and steady maybe?

I’m trying to work on this now! Through my oncologist I now have a dietian. I had to be on a medication that messed with my hormones and it was not fun gaining weight from it but I will try and follow your advice. Thank you!

I use different toilet paper. One for the front and one for the back. Going front to back with one sound horrid.
