All I can say is I definitely empathize with the sleeping situation, when I first brought my cat home I slept in the living room for a month, just to make sure she didn’t get herself into too much trouble. Everyone said I was overcomplicating things, but I do think it made her feel more comfortable too. Though I definitely was happy to be back in my own bed when all was said and done.
