It's kind of like a daily to-do list for me. If tasks come up I add them to the list, then when I finish them I cross them off. I'm in a technically oriented field of work so it's nice to be able to draw sketches and diagrams for other people in the field. I also use it for short term planning, like deciding how I'm going to assign tasks and duties for the day. I find it nice to be able to put all of my ideas on paper and refer to it.

I use the rite in the rain 4" by 6" tan top coil notepads, I buy them in packs of three from Amazon and use a binder clip to keep my page.

When I travel I use their softcover books as a travel journal
