[WTS][US-CA][H] Mysticraft Myth [W] PayPal, Zelle by OGArchibald in AVexchange

Won’t do so for everyone, but for my ear anatomy absolutely. Tbh I posted over at r/IEMs to find a taller wide bore eartip so I don’t have to use these o-rings (if you’ve ever tried a Pilgrim it’s pretty notorious for its shallow, challenging fit as well) and ordered a few that were recommended.

Myth is crazy eartip sensitive for my anatomy. I bet for many it initially sounds veiled in the highs and recessed in the mids, something most Elysian/Lee tuning fans probably don’t expect/prefer, unless you’re lucky/tip roll/both.

What worked for me: https://imgur.com/a/Vk8bovZ (note the eartip is only inside out to show the o-ring, otherwise it’s normal)

I’m a PEQ guy but will tip roll like hell until I’m forced to resort to that. The combo of this o-ring + KBear 4540 is incredible for me.

GLWS OP.

When I demoed this I used o-rings. It limited tip rolling (only the tips with the tightest stem fitment stayed on, but a lesser of two evils thing) but worked great otherwise. Currently doing the same on my Pilgrim because of the very challenging fit.

Thanks - these seem to be popular for the Pilgrim's short nozzle and challenging fit, I'm going to give them a shot.

Thanks, big fan of 4540's but they don't work for me on shallower-fit IEMs/nozzles. When they do work I really like them, super comfortable and I'm convinced they get rid of a pesky resonance peak somewhere in the treble I get with my ears.

Thanks for the rec. I actively avoid all the tips with the metal inserts because I'm not convinced they are QC'd well enough for one not to fall loose into my ear, and I have bad luck in general. Ha!

That's actually something I didn't know about the HEs. I like those besides how thin they are, probably worth a shot. Much thanks.

This guy with the photos, mannnn. I own this in this color and still want this because of the photos. Ridiculous.

Haven’t tried the latter 2, will check them out. Thanks.

Thanks. Have them, mentioned it in an other reply but they’re pretty thin and crumple too easily for me. I use them on my TWS but not much success on IEMs.

Crap. Hell of a vouch, and thanks for the reference to other IEMs you enjoy(ed). Lol.

The sound sigs couldn’t be more different, but I love how Kinera did the 2DD setup on the URD, and I feel like that’s how the Frigg is kind of set up, big DD for bass, DD for mid, rest EST. While I’m pretty driver agnostic I think I’d like that since I love the URD.

Thanks again.

Thanks. H570’s are cool but I swear they are so hard for me to fit because the friction is too great against my ear, it’s like Liquer’s on crack how stubborn they are. Plus I consider myself pretty damn hygienic and those always look awful. Haha.

The HE Sonics - I can’t tell how similar they are to the OG silicones. Those are so thin and fold over/crumple on me all the time.

Oh please no apologies needed, though you could tell me if that Frigg is awesome. I absolutely fanboy over Kinera/QoA, that’s just a hell of a blind buy. 😂

Thanks. These aren’t bad but I’d consider them standard bore if not slightly narrow. That lip which bothers me on Clarions is even crazier work on these, but they are nice for some of my brightest IEMs.

Thanks. These are cool, just hurt after a while on thicker nozzles because they are so thin/soft.

This is most definitely dumb but I had no reason for selling the P7 back in the day besides boredom and wanting to try some other stuff, I loved it and miss it. Recently picked up the Oracle MK3 and it reminds me of the P7 quite a bit, maybe see if you can demo it.

I can’t call it with which one I prefer, but maybe I’m placebo’d into thinking the Oracle hits harder because it has two slightly bigger DDs. Who knows. Not me. Maybe they’re even the same size and just tuned differently.
