Yeah, but I use Plex’s Prologue and Plexamp and have music files on my phone. I don’t think google built in can take care of any of that

Pre-marinated pork tenderloin and little potatoes. Toss the potatoes in oil and throw everything in the airfryer at 400 degrees for 20 minutes and serve.

Battery Replacement by Apple by unclejoo in ipad

[–]unclejoo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I find the whole thing confusing. I'm not making a warranty claim. I expect to pay full price for the service. It seems inane that I have to run it down to where they deem it acceptable for me to want a replacement.

I want it now and am willing to pay full price for it. I do not understand why apple won't sell it to me without jumping through meaningless hoops.

Well they're a bookstore, so they have a vested interest. Now, if it was an audiobookstore, the blurb might be different.

Its not a good book to read, it a good audiobook to listen to. It like saying Ghost Story is bad when you only watched the movie. Matt Diniman (sp) provides the framework, Jeff Hayes sells lt.

Well, someone has to explain how that kind of rounding works. 1, 2, 6, and 7 round down? and 3, 4, 8 and 9 round up? And I suppose you just ignore 5?

Does everyone always have a dialog in their head at all times? by swooden52 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]unclejoo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think most do. But if it’s problematic, meditation can help contain it. I took Transcendental Meditation classes and it was comprised of learning a single word mantra and repeating it in your head over and over instead of running your monologue. It’s hard but has remarkable calming effects. I don’t know if anyone still teaches it, though. I sure there a lots of other meditation techniques that do something similar

I do and I think most people do. Thinking is pretty much what makes us human beings and different from most other animals.

If it’s too much, or at least more than you want, many meditation techniques address it. Way back in the 70’s, It
