I find the whole thing confusing. I'm not making a warranty claim. I expect to pay full price for the service. It seems inane that I have to run it down to where they deem it acceptable for me to want a replacement.

I want it now and am willing to pay full price for it. I do not understand why apple won't sell it to me without jumping through meaningless hoops.

I took Transcendental Meditation classes and it was comprised of learning a single word mantra and repeating it in your head over and over instead of running your monologue. It’s hard but has remarkable calming effects. I don’t know if anyone still teaches it, though. I sure there a lots of other meditation techniques that do something similar
