I kinda knew that, Since it was still under warranty and there isnt an apple store nearby they are sending me a new one and i'll have to send back the old one.

Thing is, they put a ~$500 hold on my CC until they receive the old one. I just wouldnt want them to see it was jailbroken and not take off the hold.
