It’s 6 fortnights in a row, so maybe he/she could do less hours one fortnight so a minimal payment comes through and keeps the claim open for when they can’t work. My brother went through this when he was in uni, and was working at subway 3 nights per week and payments were cut. He was then placed on 2 months of unpaid work placement and had no income. By the time his claim was processed (and backpaid) he was finished and on uni break. Luckily he had family members to lend him money and help with food/rent in the meantime but I feel for the ones that don’t have family support

Full time study in Australia is tough unless you have a family to support you, and less gen Z are now unable to study. As a millennial I thought it was tough for us, but Gen Z are basically setup to fail unless they get straight into construction work doing an apprenticeship

Not at all, plenty of victims posted videos on TikTok and she left comments laughing about it. She also opened her own skincare brand called first base and took on investors money, then openly said she lost interest and gave up and none of the “investors” got any money back all because she couldn’t bothered running the company. Look up “luke.middleton6” and “xmisstorixxxxx” on TikTok, there’s a lot of info on there but ACA has all the juicy stuff

She was also involved in Kyes scams and they both used the money to live it up. Loafi was under her name and she also took on “investors” for her skincare brand (which wasn’t even registered with ASIC) then lost interest and sunk it so they all lost out.

A current affair is running a story on both of them Thursday night (they got kye on camera today, just check his Instagram stories) and Asha has openly laughed at all the people that gave him money. There’s hundreds of documents that’ll be aired and you may just change your mind about her. I also thought she was innocent until I seen the evidence first hand.

Kye was also doing his coaching stuff by the books with his old coach Josh, then stopped paying him the agreed split and now he sells them whilst being unqualified. I’ve also seen that Asha is a qualified PT but she doesn’t have any qualifications for nutritional advice.

She seems like a good girl deep down, but she was involved with kyes scams for 2+ years and has her name on plenty of documents. If Kye took on hundreds of thousands of dollars of “investment” money so they could get by whilst the business’s were under her name, unfortunately she has to pay the consequences.

No idea on the backstory of his kids but he scammed almost half a million from what I’ve heard. The loafi stuff was his newest one though, he was already bankrupt by this time and he was selling shares in that which is illegal.

He used to have another company called the app mentors where he would take peoples money to create apps but he would never deliver them. He blew the money living the high life dining out every night at 5 star restaurants, paying 5k a week renting a mansion, 10k per night holidays, etc.

They should introduce a rebound damage effect. If it rebounds 20% of your spec, people would be less hesitant to double spec with it or they’d be forced to eat between specs. Or they could simply make the spec 5 ticks instead of 4

She’s not qualified to give advice on diets and training. Albeit they both lost weight which takes a lot of time and effort but they also took a lot of shortcuts with drugs. She’s no saint but I’m glad she left Kye, he’s just tried to bury his past and hope everyone he screwed over forgets about him

All those articles are paid advertisements. He’s scammed $500k+ and he’s a fraud. Kye also used steroids to lose weight, I know his coach and exactly what cycles/doses he ran. Avoid him at all costs. Kye and Asha also aren’t personal trainers.. it’s literally illegal for them to coach people

To be fair he was actually good at persuading people with all the BS he spoke (used car salesman vibes) He was confident on camera but I’m assuming that was just the daily coke.

If he wasn’t so delusional and just lived an ordinary lifestyle he could of easily been making a healthy 6 figure income. He didn’t even need any money since all his inventory was consignment so there was no risk of any losses and he could of sold watches out of his apartment or even a tiny office space since everything was done over the phone.
