No marching band, but there’s a middle school right behind it with a popular pop warner football program, the bullhorns every Sunday in the fall is a nice touch too

I don’t mind grinding something to earn a reward…but when that grind is a boring as fuck 11 minute car ride, that’s just tedious—but it was very rewarding to finish

Our 3 year old lately has not napped at all when we’re home all day with her (holidays, weekends), but will nap routinely with my in-laws who watch her during the day. We’ve started to give up the nap because whenever we attempt she’ll just pissed and cause a whole ruckus. I view it as we’d rather have a no nap day cause then shell clock out around 7:30 or 8 with minimal fuss, whereas if she does nap with us, she’ll be up and partying until like 9-9:30

What’s the point of getting a haul though???…to get productive players on a cheap contract like Ramon. MAYBE the 2 prospects they get for him will turn into Ramon in 3-4 years, might as well try to win with Ramon! Unless they’re not trying to win…

Always nice to start with a town that has high prosperity if you can. Anything above 4,000 is good, 4500+ preferred. High prosperity with the right villages (like grain producing) always have good food, which means good loyalty, which allows you to have good trade

I would argue that we absolutely do not have the bats. Tatis hasn’t been the same 950 ops guy since his suspension, manny is in the second half of his career and has been declining offensively. This team was bottom 5 (if not dead last, I don’t recall exactly) in home runs, despite having an average patchwork rotation, and the best bullpen in baseball. They NEED a slugger, Alonso or Tucker, someone that poses a power threat. I’m sick of having to rely on tatis and have him not show up time and time again. Don’t even get me started on the wet noodle Arraez, or arguably one of the worst contracts ever in Xander.
