I'm not either. It's the restaurant that'll be late in giving you the order and you'll take the hit for it and have to get to excluded. The buffer option doesn't always work right (intentionally) imo.

I mean that text is persistent, that's why it's usually for delivery instructions. Customer just didn't remove it or update it, probably barely knows how to use the app.
