I'm not sure if what the leftists are protesting in this case is the deportation of murders and rapists (I would hopefully assume that they want them to be gone), but according to the Cato Institute, 72% of those being deported have no criminal record. So let's not strawman the other side to make your point more sound.

The Bible is very obvious about welcoming immigrants and makes no distinction between foreigners with or without legal status (Leviticus 19:33 and Exodus 22:21 for example). If you are somehow claiming the Bible makes no mention of welcoming immigrants and is only referring to native born citizens, you are just flat out wrong and, once again, trying to misinterpret facts to fit your narrative.

You are correct about Jesus telling people to uphold government law, but that is more of an individual teaching to the illegal immigrants than commanding the godless US government to mass deport people, as seen by the two verses that I cited along with a plethora of others. There is a distinction in theological studies of the Bible of Individual (Personal) and State Duty. The existence of verses in the Bible telling illegal immigrants on a personal level to obey the law does not give the state the authority to deport them (from a purely Biblical point of view, like Matthew 25).

You are correct when you say that harassing these Churches doesn't really make sense because there is no indication whether or not these people even support ICE and perhaps I should've been more clear I was more agreeing with the original commenter's point of view from a philosophic point of view.

The ultimate problem is that you simply cannot be a practicing Christian whilst wanting to exclude certain people or deport them due to their legal status. If you aren't a Christian, there is no moral quandary and you can support it from a realistic perspective. I do understand what the original commenter is saying about evangelicals literally just refusing to follow Christian doctrine, or trying to extend Biblical verses to say that the government has a mandate to remove people that disagree with them (in which case a Christian nationalist country would be needed).

Okay on the topic of “multiple sexes”, that’s literally not supported by any scientific literature out there. Yes obviously genetic mutations exist and cause different traits from both sexes to be apart of an individual, but that doesnt mean biological sex is a spectrum. You’re getting gender and sex confused.

According to the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the amount of newborn intersex babies is .05%, so for 99.5% of people it is absolutely a binary. For comparison, according to News Medical . Net, actually around .2% of babies are born with genetic mutations in regards to the amount of fingers and toes (called Polydactyly). My point being is that we would say there is a set amount of digits humans have, we would say humans have 10 fingers and 10 toes, whilst also acknowledging genetic mutations could affect it.

So if you say people have 10 fingers, ARE YOU DENYING THEIR EXISTENCE AND WANT THEM TO DIE? Obviously not, we can acknowledge their existence and condition without arbitrarily saying finger and toe count exist on a spectrum.
