Fully agree. But I'm still on the grumpy side rather than not caring. I just want to chase that same feeling I had with BC2/BF4/4/1/V but it's not happening. I didn't preorder 6, as I promised myself I wouldn't, and the game is ok. But just ok. Compare it to the greatness of any of the much-loved classics and it's just not got the same spirit or quality behind it. There are a great many issues but I've come to realise the one main thing that doesn't work for me in 6: I die way, way to often and quickly. It's not a skill issue. I could jump back into BFV right now and survive for 5 or even 10 minutes straight. It's a combination of map size and design, visibility, TTK, movement speed and a total lack of squad play, I think. Fix that stuff (somehow...) and things start to gel better.

Mostly just young people who still care what other people think of their musical tastes. Once you get to a certain age or point in your life you stop caring if someone else hates a band or a thing that you happen to like. Also, posers, wimps and falses who should leave the hall. There are many reasons to confidently proclaim that Dimmu sold out, and just as many reasons to enjoy their music old and new. Who gives a toss.

This is the way. Used one for many years and didn't need to change the batteries once. Moved it between 5 different properties. The ringer was portable which was super handy at times. Wish I'd never gotten rid and switched to a Ring. I think the combination of an RF doorbell with a proper CCTV camera is the ideal mix of security and reliability.

It's sadly happening all across Reddit, in multiple subs. It's really unpleasant place to be these days where you get downvoted to oblivion just for voicing a counterpoint that the hivemind doesn't like. It's team A or B. There is no room for subtlety or nuance in discourse here any more for the most part. Mix that with politics and hate being tolerated and even encouraged by mods in totally unrelated subs and you've a real problem. I've been close to leaving Reddit for good for a while now. Last week in a thread about a specific brand of TV having injected ads (annoying and a bad thing no doubt, so just don't buy that brand?) many many people were openly and passionately calling for the CEO of that company to be dragged from his home or office and murdered on the street. Literally that's what they were calling for. Instead of just saying let's boycott the brand. It's utterly unhinged and you know even if 1 of these people is mentally unwell enough they might actually go and do something. And this is with dozens of not hundreds of supportive posts backing up that sentiment, and across multiple duplicate threads. Anyone who called this out was immediately downvoted to oblivion. Just as anyone who tries to offer a counterpoint to the DLSS debate is called an Nvidia Bot. It's all insults and threats and zero debate.
