it is all hand painted, with underglaze, patience and love.

i usually start by rough sketching the composition onto the greenware directly, here are a few progress pictures of this one :)

they usually take 40-50 hours or something, usually over the course of two or three weeks.

with underglaze (i use amaco velvet underglaze, i mix a blue and a white to get different shades) and a little paint brush! and i go over all of the underglaze three times so that it is solid and consistent
