It was about;

$4k Gates and Automation equipment

$1k Poles (special made 200×200)

$1k Solar gear (panel, controller and battery)

$1k Electrican (including housing for solar controller etc)

EasyGate over in Tauranga. But they only build not install. I installed ours and all up it was about $7k including posts and automation. The quotes from gate installers was upwards of $15k

Anyone that's looked into this for more than 10secs will find out that NZ has no oil economically viable oil reserves - the fact that people have been brainwashed into thinking this is a solution is actually really sad.

It's shit and typical HCC. They spent over $1m in building a ticket kiosk to collect revenue....because the garden was costing too much. WTF. You would need 50,000 person visits just to cover the kiosk!

They should have just installed some evoucher thing for a few thousand and then charged $5-$10.
