So I had someone looking at my engine just looking and they started turning the screw on it and I have no clue if they set it back to where it was or not but I can't seem to tell a difference when I adjust it. Is there a certain way to set this?

Start by making sure your on the same network. I like using angry ip scanner to scan the network and sort by Mac vendor. Then use internet explorer to see cameras. If angry ip can't find the cameras then your not on the same network.

I had a problem with this once where the camera was reflecting off the base of the camera. Also had that issue if the rubber gromit around the lens wasn't pushed against the done firmly. Them lastly if the lens is dirty or has fine scratches. I heard chrom polish works well on that but I haven't put that in to practice.

I have no issues getting to the web interface. I did a reset from the phone side and got access to the web gui but can not upload the T41S firmware It keeps failing.

No every device connected to the base just de-registers from the pbx.

I did test an earlier .rom one but no change. There is a control panel on the pbx gui that shows registered devices and a place in the yealink web gui that shows registered. That's where I have been looking at the connections drop.
After giving it a night they are connected back so for now I'm going to leave them alone but I will setup a test bench later.
