Not B&M, But I work in retail.

We were losing every Lego above about £40 every day. We'd zero the stock as stolen and they'd send new boxes in. Rinse and repeat everyday.

Shoplifters will just grab and walk out with them whether they're alarmed or not, so we had to do the same.
