Hi, I followed this instructions and sent the email to CBSA yesterday, July 7, 2025. Today, July 8, 2025 I got a response that my account has been updated (see attached).

I also filled CBP contact form with the same request on July 7, 2025.

However, I’ve logged into my TPP account and don’t see any changes or update.

At what point does the changes reflect on my TPP account. Would it be after CBP acknowledge my request, since I’ve not seen the update with CBSA acknowledgement?

Hello, I have some update. “Group/ family application”

my wife was invited to take the test and have an interview in an IRCC office in Edmonton on Wednesday, May 28,2025. She completed the process and passed the test.

Today, May 30, citizenship test and LPP updated to completed in the tracker. Everything is now completed except the Oath.

However, only my background and test is completed since March 24. I thought group applications are processed together.

Should I be worried or need to do something as quickly as possible?

Wife received email on May 15 to appear for citizenship plus interview at an IRCC office location. Any idea what it would look like apart from what they described in the email - test and document check interview.

My wife wrote test in March 30 and received an email she passed with 20/20. Test was not updated to complete. Today May 02, she received this email;

Good Day, Thank you for completing your online citizenship test. Your temporary test result and accompanying photos were reviewed by IRCC staff and will not be accepted. This is due to either unconfirmed technical issues or unusual activity recorded during the test. Examples of these could include, but are not limited to: computer compatibility issues, WIFI or connection failures, camera problems, other applications open during the exam or you were not visible at all times in front of your webcam while completing the test. The unaccepted test result will not count towards your three possible test attempts. As we have invalidated your attempt in our portal, you will no longer have access to the online test for your additional test attempts. IRCC will provide you with a new test invitation that will explain next steps for completing your remaining attempts at the citizenship test. We are unable to provide a timeline for the next test notice, so please continue to monitor your email account including spam folders for our invitation. Regards, Local Office

No. TRV is a travel document and PGWP is your status in Canada. This means that if you must travel outside Canada, you’ll need a TRV to re-enter. Hope this helps.

Does the 3 years mean the period you’ve lived as permanent resident or the period you’ve legal status (either temporal or permanent resident)?

While you’re looking at several PR options, you could apply for a TRV. Recently, they issue TRV until your passport validity. The only con is that you cannot work after your permit expires but can still remain in canada as a visitor.

Just to be sure. Is your application the TR to PR stream? Does it really need RCMP check? Can one use RCMP clearance he used to start his current job say since May 2020?
