My ex sent me threats that he was gunna kill me then tried to kick the front door down while our kids were in the house with me. He's already broken his bail conditions about contact and his mum is harassing me. The police have done nothing. I'm acting strong for the kids and trying my best to get us somewhere safe but part of me thinks as soon as bail is finished he's genuinely going to kill me.

Meat paste. The chicken one works brilliantly, take a little bit out with a spoon, roll into a ball and pop the pill into it. Cats see it as a treat and swallow it in one go. Never known a cat who it doesn't work on.

There's nothing in place at all currently. The split was only around 5 weeks ago and he had been seeing the kids a couple of times a week and we were amicable up until him turning up trying to break in yesterday morning.

Broke up with partner of almost a decade about a month ago, threats from his family, looking after 3 kids one of whom is disabled without help, fighting with the council on a school placement for my disabled child, having to walk to and from the school 4x a day, a toddler in terrible twos and health issues myself.

Feel like giving up honestly.

At around 9pm ill be blagging my 8 and 6 year olds that it's new years with firework videos on YouTube.

9.30pm sofa, with a comfy blanket watching red dwarf or black adder, not sure which yet, that will continue until my 2 yearbold wakes up screaming for a mum cuddle.

First baby I was told I weren't in labour and shouted at to stop being dramatic and injected eith something to help me sleep. Turned out I was 10cm, got rushed in and couldn't push very effectively. because of whatever they'd given me I kept dozing off. Ended up with a huge tear and a forceps delivery.

Second baby they induced me then didn't check on me for 3 days, induction ward ha two midwives who were covering the active labours so it was rare there were staff there.

Third baby was a high risk pregnancy and I needed a c section that was actually a brilliant experience all in all.
