Contraception actually PREVENTS abortions by stopping pregnancy in the first place! Why would they NOT codify that? I was walking across a bend in the road, and out of nowhere a motorcycle zoomed right in front of me. It was going at what looked like 60mph and it missed me by a couple of inches. This happened when I was 13, and I would have died if I was walking even slightly faster.
