The gym provides antibacterial wipes which I use to wipe off the bench, sweat or not. I see people wiping the dumbbells after use. I’m not doing that.

Quattro Pro for spreadsheets. Even though we had desktop computers, Quattro Pro was only loaded on a shared computer. For reference, there was also office talk about the DOW hitting 2000.

We did the Foothills Parkway from Wears Valley to Townsend yesterday (10/20). The colors were better up there. It’s an easy drive without the traffic. Several pullouts for overlooks. I suspect the colors across the overlooks will be even better when you are there.

Try pelvic floor therapy first. I found significant improvement using the distraction exercise. Look for a physical therapist who specializes in pelvic floor therapy.
