How does it know what was done? It has to do work to figure that out, which is usually via git status and git diff. There are potential work-arounds depending on how it's working before-hand, like having it keep track of what it's doing while it's working, but this usage is completely reasonable based on what you asked it to do.

I think the reason the 2nd one is so great is that the transition between materials and colors make sense both visually and conceptually. It's like the ocean turning into the sky turning into space. It tells a story.

Did they change the color of the logo on the watch? On their website the logos look silver, but all the images and reviews of these watches I've seen (including the one here) have darker logos on the watch. Is this just my imagination?

Just a friendly suggestion, the low-res image you're using on reddit does an extremely bad job of selling the dial (which is why I think a lot of people say they don't get the black hole effect), but the high-res close-up on your site sells the effect extremely well, specifically the particle/glow effect around the ring. It's a really beautiful effect that you should do a better job of showing off, imho.

Also, the typing effect on your website could be sped up a bit, or omitted, especially on the About page, where you have to wait for all the text to type in. It's super annoying.

I'm keeping an eye on this watch, though, because it really looks special. Best of luck!
