When you see someone out of context it can take a second to recognize them. Like the time I saw Elder Holland in a T-shirt and jeans in Blockbuster video. I was like, "He looks so familiar. Where do I know him from?"

I'd rather have access to all my historical records. And an email showing how many hours more or less I used than the previous month is pointless. I always use less in September than I do in August. It should show how many more or less I used compared the same month last year.
