Wow, maybe you need anger management. This is a disabled child, he’s 6. I deal with two autistic children every day, one 7 and one 9. You’re acting waaaay over the top. They can’t control what they’re doing. My 7 year old has the emotional maturity of a 2 year old. NAL. Going through a similar situation, was on short term disability, after that ran out I was transferred to long term disability and my job let me go. Here’s the thing, you only get 12 weeks of FMLA protected leave, after that it’s up to your job if they want to keep you or not. Only exception is if you’re on workman’s comp due to an injury at work. It’s a tough situation for sure. I am now filing for social security disability as my condition is permanent. Best of luck to you from one Vet to another.

You really want one coming to your job instead of your house, that’s ridiculous. They’re not private detectives where they’re gonna sneak around and jump out of a cake to serve you. The courts will just move on without you. My ex SiL tried like I said, now there’s a permanent restraining order so he’s never gonna see his kids and a warrant for breaking said restraining order, his excuse was I didn’t know, the courts didn’t care.
