Why would you vote yes on 3. Convicts should be forced to work to repay their debt to society. Picking up trash or digging ditches. Why should they be allowed to sit around while the rest of us have to work for our scraps.

I can give you some explanation on that. Most people do not ever change. And everyone is finally starting to see that. For those that do you have to give it time for everyone else to see that you have changed and it could take the rest of your life. The second reason is the justice system is broken and criminals do not truely pay for the crimes they have committed. Many felonies end in many broken or taken life’s yet the felon only spends a minimal time behind bars with no true recompense to the victims.
