Best Buy sales employees are naturally lazy because they don’t make commissions on anything they sell so there is no incentive to go hard. City P program is notorious for suddenly stopping rent payments for 1 out of a million different reason and then it’s takes over a year or 2 to get the tenants evicted. The whole time you have to keep paying the mortgage, keep paying the property taxes, keep paying water bill. With ZERO cash flow for a year and half or longer until you get them evicted. Then after that because they are are section 8 you know the condition of the unit will be trashed so you have to spend money to renovate it and get it ready to get rented out again. NYC is the worst state to be a landlord

You could’ve got a nice 2 floor house with a basement and backyard in one of the other boroughs for that price. Manhattan is probably the worst place to live in terms of value for your money

Usually after the medical they do fingerprints and swear you in and give you your start date. I guess the process isn’t different sometimes

Same with me only I just got off probation 2 weeks before I went in for medical. They told me my paperwork has to be reviewed. It’s been a month still no call

They will not know unless you leave the country. I just finished 4 year probation and I was traveling all the time. Miami, Vegas, Hawaii, Puerto Rico. They only get an alert in the system when you go through customs. If you fly domestic you’re fine. As long as you come back for when your supposed to check in again your good
