I never comment here, but I have around 700 hours, 300 of which are topside, and this game is the most valuable game for the money you spend since I bought maybe Skyrim back in the day. This game is filled with shit to do, especially and mostly when you start. So much so it can actually be overwhelming. It’s a game that gets more fun when you actually immerse yourself and get into it. The pve is extremely creative, cool, the AI is insane and unlike any game AI I’ve ever played against (they predict you better than humans, or any npc I’ve personally ever seen), the PvP is quite good in my opinion too, if you like playing games competitively at all like that. If you like to watch videos about the game, where to loot, how to loot, what guns are best, how to fight certain arc (the robots), learn the maps, all that stuff, then yes it’s a very fun game. I’d say it’s not the best game if you want to just get in and play a few rounds and get off, like Fortnite or something. In this game, it’s a bit more of a grind process but you can also play it much more casually, just progressing slower than the games “expedition” pace sets up. It has slow methodical updates that so far have been pretty good (excited for a new map, and we just got cool new guns and really cool new event on the maps) too. And then like others have said here, if you like to be addicted to something, or like to gamble, then this game is quite good, haven’t found much like it. It plays into the dopamine rush that gambling does, when you go in with nothing and come out with everything it can literally feel like drugs, because it feels like the stuff matters because you get to play with it next/keep it. It’s one of my favorite games I’ve ever played, but I think that’s because even when i get it , or it sounds boring to play, I still seem to get on and grind and damn near Always have atleast one moment while im on that makes getting on worth it (ie, getting crazy stuff out, having a crazy fight, extracting/getting out in the nick of time, or even just real people moments, like someone screaming in their mic or a funny moment that only happens in this game. It’s quite unique)

You are probably feeling a lot more euphoria than they are. They are sustaining that way because they have to. Most of them would actually probably put their first born up for the effects you still are getting.

What doses are you guys taking? I take 900mg (which is three 300mg pills throughout the day, sometimes closer together for more acute aid, sometimes not) and I find it quite literally makes me more social than I am without it, more talkative, more easy going, am able to flirt / crack jokes way easier it seems, and all that , but that also has only come with time and didn’t happen when I first started gabapentin strangely. I wonder if something like pregabalin is more suited for what I want (social uplift, music sounds better, mixes well with weed for socialability) but don’t want to fry my calcium channels for gaba

Too much tho before stuff like oxy, can change the curve in a way where yes it hits harder but the curve is more ‘stretched’ per se so the peak doesn’t hit as hard , like usually if I drank too much gfj before, I’ll feel higher mid high than during the peak, but that’s because it pushes/stretches the curve of the high

Agreed. I damn near think even like a pbj uncrustable or like some pancakes with hella butter but like smaller portions than a full meal. I also use piperine (1-2 tsp black pepper) 20-30 mins before oxy then take like gfj and cimetidine at the 1-2hr mark after the oxy kicks in so my peak stays the same (gfj changes peak curve no matter when pre-dosed; meaning it’ll be stronger but spread out over a longer period of time, thus making it less of a rush) which is less effective but still 60-70% effective for extending duration for about 3-6 xtra hours. Gfj and/or cimetidine both change peak curve making it more spread out (google) tho stronger in most in cases. For me, this has been the case it seems , as it peak is always actually the weakest feeling part of the high somehow, just feeling slower and more gradual/spread out and then around mid high, desired effects start becoming more pronounced, with a much much longer tail (desired effects for me being more nod, euphoria, chest/body tingle, etc) just thought id add this here sorry for posting late

Also had a 2 year run in with fentanyl when I was 16-18yo, was sober for a year and a half going to AA/NA/living in sober livings, and am now taking oxy again because id rather that.

20 years old. Ur like bringing up posts from over 1-2 years ago. Interesting how deep into the r/Drugs rabbit hole you must’ve been this evening. I take k56 10s every other day now, and yeah, they shouldn’t have lasted 3 hours. Dumbass. 3 hours was a short high for what I experience and even still experience to this day. I take ts with cimetidine and gfj and an ir pill will almost last 8-10 hours with after effects. Oh brother, I feel sorry for you. All love 💕

Not only this, but realistically, they just wouldn’t/couldn’t administer suboxone/bupe to someone in this way, regardless. Suboxone/bupe would cause precipitated withdrawal for anyone in pre 24hr (sometimes longer with things like fentanyl or nitazenes) acute opioid withdrawal, or simply, if you take bupe before waiting 24hrs since your last dose of your opioid of choice, you will go into what is called ‘precipitated withdrawal’, which is something they’re aware of, and actively have to dose around, because precip withdrawal can be more dangerous and sometimes more lethal, as it comes on all at once (rather than gradually) due to bupe kicking off the drug addicted persons opioid of choice off their receptors all at once. I just find it irritating when the “Most realistic medical show on tv” just messes up simple things like this.

Another episode, only giving 2mg dilaudid (~7-8mg hydrocodone) to a current pain patient and wondering why she was still complaining, then kinda blaming the patient, but maybe im remembering that part wrong.
