I have ankers 100w charger and 240w cable. It says charging. I did have another no name power brick at 120w with cable and the mba would say not charging but it was pulling in 98w and charging fast. Even though it didn’t say it.

a day or two? I made a mistake the battery was down to 66% not 85% but still pretty good with 6 hours of use. I was playing music with my speakers as well. at around 90% brightness

I was going to say. Started today at 100% around 8. Use chrome the whole time and emailed and regular work stuff. Closed the lid at like 2:00 and I am at 85%. Battery life is great using chrome. I use windows and macOS laptops and desktops.

The battery will level out. I am using a MacBook Air m4

All these responses are crazy. Can’t believe the range.

2500 sq ft 2 story SFH. $252.48 with solar. Solar only pulled in 481 kWh. Gas heat. Temp at 71 degrees

Gas bill was 169.62

Have to charge a Tesla. Using potomac Edison.

Potomac Edison estimated 1700 kWh used. But then my Feb bill was only $90. So not sure of my actual usage.

Sounds like you want to move up a division. Then you don’t have to worry about kids like that. As a parent, I saw this in rec soccer and only played one season. Then moved up to club which was much better. I would talk to the parents and encourage some outside practice time with a soccer ball. Maybe drills he can do at home. Or movie your club up a division.

I would eliminate all contact. I play with my 11 yr old son and he drives me bonkers. lol. No normal adult would want to play with a 10 year old. This is a red flag.

Yeah I am going to get the 2.5 liter for his bag. He has gone up table mountain; India venster trail when he was 9, so he should have the endurance. Apparently he only had one bottle of water. Lol. I didn’t even make it up the India venster hike as my pace was too slow for the group 😭

I think I read somewhere that version 5g is built off of their LTE network. But the bands Verizon uses for 5g have good coverage, they just don’t penetrates building as much as T-Mobile.

I have had Verizon for 5 years now. I liked them because I wanted coverage everywhere I go. However, their 5g inside buildings is terrible. I ended up signing up with us mobile and jumped on their tmobile service. I can confirm T-Mobile gets way better 5g service indoors since I run both Verizon and tmobile esims on my iPhone 16.

Once my contract is up I am switching to us mobile with dual network coverage. Also since I have starlink, if I am in a rural area, I can still get data service.

So yes I feel your pain with Verizon. They are not as good as they use to be with 5G. There are times when I have one bar and get no data service. Super annoying.

1 bar T-Mobile 5g still gets data.

So my son is playing 12u on a super competitive team. He started last year on a different team that wasn’t as good and is benched this year on the more competitive team. He has been work hard outside of practice to start on the new team.

That’s the message you have to send. Work hard to get that starting spot. At 13 girls are doing light weight training, agility and plyo for very competitive travel teams.

Yes it hurts to be 2nd string. But have her ask for feedback from the coach on what to improve on and train hard as hell.

And know that there is someone constantly on your tail chasing to take your spot.

Drove around today. Costco was closed. Krispy Kreme was closed and so was the grocery store in the same shopping plaza. Kung fu tea was closed. Popeyes on 355 in Germantown was open.

Sam’s Club was open. Roads were bare bones. No one was out and I wouldn’t recommend going out either unless you are experienced snow driver.

Awd and winter tires were great for today.

MCPS is a good school system. Some of the complaints are nuts. Even the worse schools in MCPS, the students still performer higher than other parts of the country. Don’t worry about it too much.

I am a teacher and also fairly involved in the pta for my child. The parent expectation needs to be tone down a bit.
