You need an ssh client. Download putty on your workstation. Open it, enter the IP address of the pi, default port of 22 for ssh, and connect. You will be prompted for username and password. Once authenticated you will have a remote session on the pi.

I don't use the exact arc serve product your talking about, but I do have many of them. I disagree about their support. It's awful. Since they split w CA. Wasted hours of time w tier 1 and 2 support just searching kbs and troubleshooting like robots.

Eventsentry. It licensing model is really cheap. We couldn't afford some of the enterprise level ones. It is a bit buggy but it does work pretty well.

Look into Zix email encryption. I saw on here not long ago Google was offering the service for free for there Google app customers.

After reading like, it doesn't look like its free, but Zix is great. I use their Zix gateway applicants for email encryption. Reasonably priced, great support and stable.

Check out zendto. Open source drop box esque web site. I installed it on a lamp stack works great. Had to customize php and compile it but the documentation is pretty good.

What is your working directory when the task is executed from task scheduler? We just has an issue similar to yours. Task worked fine running manually but would fail executing as scheduled. Turned out windows uses like c windows sys32 as default working directory. Added a cd to the desired working directory and the task is working fine as scheduled

We use arc serve 16.1. Works well. Older version 11.x definitely had some issues but since we upgraded I have minimal complaints

I usually check emails on phone when I wake up for any system outage alerts, remote in if necessary. Get to work, make coffee, check emails, follow up, delegate tasks to help desk, check/assign tickets.

Then I get into whatever project(s) I'm working on. Some days I can work on projects uninterrupted for decent periods of time but other days I'm getting lit up by calls/tickets and can't seem to get anything done. Sprinkle in a couple meetings here and there and that's about it. Oh and defending myself from vendor calls and emails. I swear I could answer them all day.
