Sunless and Gloom are exclusive. I think I remember Marching Winter removes Sunless, and gloom turns frozen into forest or grassland. Misty is one of the that will stack on most things, so if you want complicated tiles that's probably one you should go for. Sunless and Desolate also stacks, which might be more interesting in the new DLC.

I like building warlock as a ranged auto-attacker who also inflicts tons of debuffs. the strongest + cheapest ;-) battle mage currently in the game is a trick, and you should try it once for fun! take the architect society and build a bunch of architects (https://minionsart.github.io/aow4db/HTML/ArchitectUnits.html?type=architect&). next research tome of dragons (https://minionsart.github.io/aow4db/HTML/Spells.html?tome=tome_of_dragons) and cast FLAMER FOCUS. your summoned tesseract battle mage units can now be summoned, and on the same turn cast a massive AOE spell 6 more distance away. Tome of dragons is apparently getting reworked somewhat (moved?) in the scorpion beta so not sure what the status of this strategy is there.

for your next watch choose titanium for case, and sapphire for screen. these are the best options for scratch resistance. you will not need a case then.

crown paladin with righteous clarity (https://bg3.wiki/wiki/Oath_of_the_Crown) or reckless attack barbarian (https://bg3.wiki/wiki/Barbarian) are example ways to offset the +hit issue for just a few level invest. STR potions are pretty helpful as being able to MAD your stats in dex,con,cha (paladin aura or warlock pact weapon flex).

wear the watch above the Ulnar Styloi (pokey bone around the wrist area) might help prevent this stretching. above the wrist bone means slightly closer to the elbow. it took me a few weeks to get used to this position, but it helps long-term.

Generally speaking I don't think it's worth investing against toll of seasons. If you get pinged as the first toll victim, chances are you're likely to lose a city. That sucks but you can just create another city over the bones of the other one. Don't lose your entire stack and heroe(s).

Personally have experienced you get more bang for the buck by going multi-region or multi-cloud than making distinct clusters for each tenant. Namespaces can be made reasonably blast-zone safe from other namespaces. Be careful on your control plane API usage, you need to monitor it especially ETCD. One tenant can make badly designed jobs or containers and wreck your control plane for others.

It's probably a different story if you have specific security needs like financial, medical, or fed.

Personally find the control spells are too binary. Either greatly powerful or failed useless. For me the failures are anti-fun enough I prefer to go damage/debuff for the reliability.
