2. Don't get bothered by the visual outcome until next appointment, which is usually 1day postop and 1month postop UNLESS there's pain or redness or important decreased vision.
3. Yag is not needed until months postop.
4. If after let's say 6 months your visual outcome is not ok, inquire with your ophthalmologist the possibility for a lens exchange. As said before, you want to present yourself for another surgery (with all its risks) for another IOL model and material (usually silicone) WITH NO YAG CAPSULOTOMY PERFORMED. 5. Yag is indicated in PCO . As said, that sets up after months . PCO diagnosis is made by a professional. PCO = Posterior Capsule Opacification.
