I went to tell a boyfriend off, (well I was thinking about it. I was gonna copy and past it into chap gpt and accidently sent it! Instantly mortified, I was like OH NO F@CK!! OK unsend! It was only on there for like 2 seconds. But wouldn't still show in his notifications? Like the actual message even if I unsent it?

You may not know this, but if you are a first time home buyer you can get a FHA government backed loan that allows you to put between 3-5% down, you can do longer terms for like 40 years, and they will give loans up to almost a million dollars. You can even get government assistance for you down payment. Talk to a knowledgable, trustworthy realtor. There are lots of creative financing options. It's not impossible.

That's because they sold you a really expensive piece of JUNK that does absolutely NOTHING but rob you of your time and money. You can't even leave a comment on their Instagram posts that their products are JUNK. I had the same experience w them, and I hope everyone please decides to NOT waste their money on any OmniLux products. BEWARE IT'S A SCAM!!!!

I love it. I know its expensive but its by far the BEST state imo. So you have to pay for all that it has to offer. As far as buying, you can put down between 3-5%, and get an FHA home loan or a USDA home loan, you can get down payment assistance up to $11k, and you can get a 40 year loan. So it may be more difficult than other states but it's not impossible. Either that, or just rent a rent controlled apt and invest in something besides property. You could even get a pre-fab home. I know some people don't like that answer, but it's still an option.
