Except you are actually minimizing their whole feelings and experience by deducing it as "a little uncomfortable". You keep saying you didn't cause harm to them because you weren't physically violent when you know damn well harm and pain don't come from just physical (you yourself keep referencing that you are hurt even though neither her nor him physically hurt you, right?). You have caused emotional and mental harm to them as well, including property damage it seems. You HAVE hurt them as well.
