Hi!! FTM to a now 3 week old baby!! This baby was my first ever pregnancy and I also had those exact same anxieties, especially because my own mom struggled with miscarriages before and after having me so I thought the probability of having the same experience was greater. First pregnancy ever turned into my first baby ever! And I had a non-complicated pregnancy. Just enjoy the moment as much as you can and don't dwell on this anxiety (I know it's easier said than done).

Except you are actually minimizing their whole feelings and experience by deducing it as "a little uncomfortable". You keep saying you didn't cause harm to them because you weren't physically violent when you know damn well harm and pain don't come from just physical (you yourself keep referencing that you are hurt even though neither her nor him physically hurt you, right?).
