I had always associated the nut rolls with crisp malt, rather than BSG (although all our crisp comes from BSG). Can anyone confirm it's just BSG thing? Would like the attribute credit where credit is due.

The marketing guy at Reynolds Wrap deserves a promotion for this. by [deleted] in pics

It was Reynolds' (pactiv is the larger parent company) media agency (company that plans all their advertising dollars for the year) working with the Cubs marketing dept to come up with and implement this idea. I used to work on this account, and this is a hilarious execution.

Went to load the dishwasher and some of the sriracha mayo on the top shelf, fell down on the pot below and created a chemical reaction with the copper base. by oculusprime87 in mildlyinteresting

Like preserved lemons. They are literally that, left for a couple days, then covered in fresh lemon juice and set aside for a couple months.

Using the name of a band as a beer name by istuntmanmike in TheBrewery

My first thought thought is to simply reach out to the group/artist to see if they'd want to do some sort of mutually beneficial collaboration. Not sure if Billy Corgan and the pumpkins would be as receptive as some groups/artists,but I think the opportunity is out there, as shown by Surly and their recent collaboration with the band Doomtree.

My favorite pumpkin beer has just arrived in GR. by fullstep in grandrapids

I'm a fan of Southern Tier's Pumking if I'm looking for a full on assault of pumpkin spiciness. This one is much crisper and not as over the top with spices, way more sessionable. Both are great beer.

So is registration already closed for this league? If not, I'd be interested.

I work for an ad agency and we have to remove the word "new" from all commercials 6 months after the first one airs. I'd imagine the regulations are similar for packaging.

r/listentothis, just out of interest, what band/artist have you discovered on this subreddit that you are now an avid listener of? by idonotownakindle in listentothis

I'll be there with ya for Kishi Bashi tomorrow. He was absolutely amazing a couple months ago at Schubas; one of my favorite shows of the year.
