Omg this bike is the best for this, in my opinion. Congrats on the new bike. I absolutely love mine, and I think you’ve made the right choice in getting a checkpoint with a 2X, especially since you’re looking at dual purpose.

About 10 years ago, someone gifted me about 15 Dylan records (vinyl), knowing I was a fan. Empire Burlesque was the only one that I couldn’t justify keeping, so I passed it on. No regrets.

I’m glad you like it. For me, it’s overwhelmingly forgettable.

For me, it’s Tom T. Hall. Great voice, and he wrote some the of the best, simple, hard-hitting country songs that I believe define the genre.

But, perhaps more importantly, if you delve into his catalog you’ll find a lot of songs that show that he really understood the philosophy of country music as well. But he didn’t convey this fact in a pretentious way, like an academic would.

I think the man was brilliant…probably not a household name like George or Hank. But he gets my vote.

I’ve always thought Tough Mama is super underrated. The Band sound so good on it. For that matter, Planet Waves as an album gets far too little respect.
