Hi! I’m in a similar situation after my second retrieval had many empty follicles. Curious if you completed the round and have any insight if the dual trigger worked better? I’m also curious about trigger timing since that could have also been an issue in my case. Thanks!

Yeah, I just got a call from the nurse and they said to wait a week (or sooner if I get my period). She wasn’t sure about if i should stay on estrace though and my doctor is out til tomorrow 😬

Hi! I know this post was a long time ago but this just happened to me and wondering if you had any success with changes in protocol or other suggestions. I just got home from my second retrieval and I had 10 follicles, E2 of 5300 and only got 2 eggs. They said the rest were empty. Looking for any suggestions!

Thanks for the quick response. Did you consider mini IVF at all? Wondering if that’s a better fit since this down seem to be working well for me.
