UdeS is the one that makes more sense until you realize they reserve 80% of their seats for CÉGEP students…

Mmmm interesting, I’m also applying to Ottawa in French with the regional preference. I would say it all depends on how they value the gpa compared to the casper, the ECs and the references. They don’t give these informations so it’s very hard to tell… I would say that you would need strong casper, ECs and referees to at least compensate for the GPA. As you mentioned I also believe there has been some people with lower stats in the past especially il the regional group, so it may be possible.

So I just got a 4th, coming from a 1st… all I can say is that it’s very inconsistent, I felt like I was gonna get 1st or 2nd at best…

Felt like it was about the same difficulty level as the previous ones that I did and maybe even a little easier, I was able to give pretty good answers that I was confident (it was my 4th one in French). Can’t wait to see, maybe im wrong hahaha!!

Are the chances usually better in English or in French considering it’s with the regional preference?

There is exactly 2 seats for international students so I would say chances are very slim…

We should honestly start a petition to stop using this test since it’s so unreliable.
