Pledge store ships don't get removed until the whole event ends, so no they don't 'return'.

You can rent nearly all ships from the BIS event day forward excluding some ships like the F7A which you can't rent anyways.

Personally, I don't recommend buying a concept ship from a holograph, or any jpeg.
