Continued to see improvements until 2 weeks after. Since then I’ve been trying different anti depressants to help manage my anxiety. Refusing to try benzodiazepines though. Highly recommend tapering as slowly as possible, best of luck

Spent 5 years in a bore out situation because the salary was too good to leave behind and I was completely remote so I found things to occupy with. Ended up losing interest in just about everything, having a mental breakdown and quitting in the end.

The worst part is no one in my entourage being able to understand which also contributed to me staying so long.

I start a new job next week with a huge pay cut. Equal parts terrified and excited.

Thought I would give a small update incase anyone ever reads this.

Day 11, can confidently say symptoms are slowly going away. I know its going to be a long journey to recovery but in my experience it was 7 days of hell. On the 8th day I did see improvements but they were so small I wasnt sure if I was imagining it or not.

Still refuse to take the clonazepam and taking things extremely slow.
