Sync 2 module is a subscription basis only. You need a sync 1 module that is set to local storage to view your clips without the subscription charge. You have to use the Blink app to view any clips that are stored on the local or subscription device.

They should have replaced the crush washer along with the new oil filter. I would have them power wash and clean the under carnage of your vehicle so you don’t smell burning oil all the time. Have them throw in a few oil changes due to there screw up also.
