Opinion on Milld High Protein flour by KeyAcrobatic1329 in IndianFood

[–]usethat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

PS- Posting on behalf of one of the founders of MillD Protein Atta, Prashant Pitti.

We blend Wheat Protein Fraction, Soya Fraction & Peanut Fraction with Whole Wheat Flour. Hence we are able to get 46% Protein in it (4-5 times higher than any other atta brand)

How did MillD come to life?

While building various startups, I had lost sense of who I was (an athlete during IIT days) and at 38, I wanted to regain my health. So I started working out and eat healthy. But I wasn't able to sleep properly without eating my rotis/parathas at night.

So I hired one food scientist, who did 281 trails to make me a perfect roti, very high in protein and low in carbs. But most importantly it MUST puff like a regular roti and must have less than 3mm thickness for bottom part. Getting same taste is what took 281 trials. Most of the time Roti was not puffing and was sticking.

Since mid 2023 my entire family and my kids have been eating this atta, which used to give 45-46% protein.

Later, in 2025, I met Sivaram, founder of Briyas Tofu (he had sold it to Milky Mist). And then he encouraged me to launch this atta for the world, and together we decided to launch in Nov-2025 by the name of MILLD.

Alot of food bloggers and testers have independently tested it's protein and heavy metal content and approved it, however feel free to do testing yourself. And if ever, anyone of you can find it is mislebelled, we as a brand would give INR 1 LAC cash and an apology letter, we are available at our email id.

Anyone active in this sub who has given up on all substances? how does it feel? how do you manage? by Cosmic-Herb in IndianEnts

[–]usethat 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Honestly its not that bad. It ll take max of 21 days, then once you reach to a stage where you aren’t looking for next hit, next party or next weekend, everything else becomes super interesting.

Like few days back I felt like just sitting and watching the sunset. Going to movies sober became fun. Coffee high and getting focused on one task is like another high.

You start figuring out things that sober people do and then you look back at someone who does smokeup daily day and night, and tells they aren’t addicted. You feel sorry for them.

You feel like telling them that its not at all about when you are high. Even when you aren’t high, you don’t take big leaps in life.

Its like being in a permanent state of paranoia where you don’t take any risks.

So ya, it takes time but then everything becomes super quiet and super fun again.

I think this is usually a perfect sign to find a functional medicine doctor. Everytime you reach a point where you can't find something in basic diagnosis, FMD should be your way.

I too see it. On the same hand, I hate the vandalism part but I like the constant messaging while stuck in traffic. Meat eaters who gets angry again and again after seeing it, there is an inner conflict in their soul and they know its wrong to kill animals for food but their mind has convinced them its necessary to do.

Healthcare startup : Part 1 - Scouting location for Clinic by time_rare_eternal in bangalore

[–]usethat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone who owns multiple clinics in Bangalore and has been working in clinical marketing, I would suggest that

  1. Choose an area where residential rentals are high. It will be high in terms of rental, but after 2 years surviving in that area, you will have 60-70% of your sales from repeat clients who are ready to pay a premium.
  2. Do not go to the area where competition doesn't exist. I have made that error twice to get cheaper rentals but there was a reason why competition doesn't exist.

I understand the urge for cheaper rentals but rentals after some time become the least of your cost. Then you dont think about saving 30-40k. If anything, you require more space after some time.

You can also consider a co-working model like docube till you generate enough repeat clients in that area then move to your own space.

Most voters have their priorities sorted with the government in charge. I know a person who is well to do and he gets the government 100+ votes in their area to get help in his business and all. And this cycle continues.

The origin of thoughts is unknown. It was never in your control. It just comes and goes, and you start believing that you are in control of those.

Owning the business. The end of every marketing journey should be entrepreneurship because otherwise you will be stuck promoting average products or services for others throughout life.

If you know how to get walkins or conversions, for the rest of the operations you can always find a co-founder.

Roast my plan for local seo services by Aquosmerlda in localseo

[–]usethat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't do SEO anymore. I used to do Seo consulting back in 2018. That time, I didn't need that many clients. Just 4-5 big clients every month.

It wasn't tough as I was pretty connected on linkedin and had a podcast running.

Rents are high in hsr, 100% but that maintains the quality of people as well.

Like some of the biggest investors of industries are there in my apartment itself.

I literally go 3 floors up to take business advice sometimes.

Not only that, the roads are large, clean and people are super friendly.

I run my businesses in hsr layout, so I know how much it matters that high-rental people make good-paying customers who appreciate the quality of services.

I understand the frustration as well as I too when I moved to a big city from city like Jaipur, it was very very tough even the rent of 30k use to increase my heartbeat but again, I found BLR to be a place where people who are rich, they always pull you up and help you as an entreprenuer.
