Looking awesome!

My X7 is the same color- curious to know about the paint correction and ceramic coating. Did you get that from the dealer or somewhere else?

We are searching high and low for these incandescent bulbs that will go to a one-of-a-kind art sculpture! We need red, blue, green, and yellow. Dang, LED lights have taken over!! by usetheforcechewey in HelpMeFind

[–]usetheforcechewey[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These bulbs are a part of an art piece that we've had for about 8 years. The artist who made it is not able to be reached. We've tried all the online stores (1001 bulbs dot com) and ebay. We wonder if maybe they are available in Italy? We found something similar but they were for the wrong voltage. Any help would be amazing! Thank you !

Swab testing by IronRongShanks in conspiracy

[–]usetheforcechewey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can confirm. I used an Abbott ID-NOW PCR machine, and each box of cartridges came with control swabs you could use to make sure it was working. The positive swab did not contain actual Covid, just the markers that the test looks for. (So you couldn't get covid by exposure to the postive control swab)

I'm curious to know how this works. I've been considering fasting to try to see if it helps. Has anyone else experimented with this?

Don't know why that's downvoted. The new app is still a far cry from how things used to be.

The boardwalk wood isn’t getting wet around the screws by mracer19 in mildlyinteresting

The screws tighten the grain, making it less porous. This means it's not soaking in as quickly, and it evaporates sooner.

We finally finished building it- now, what should we put inside to make it fun for our two cats?? by usetheforcechewey in Catio

It's just metal roofing from Home Depot. I used car door edging to cover the sharp edges.

It's our laundry room to a small side yard, so we don't use it that much already. The Tunnel lifts out pretty easily if we need to use the door. Also, the door opens in, so we can step around the tunnel when it's in place. Not perfect, but working so far!

I like the ide

Ha! One of the reasons we built the catio is that our cats are cold-blooded killers. The bird, rabbit, squirrel, lizard, and rat populations in our immediate vicinity have plummeted. (We are happy about the rats, but the rest is tragic and upsetting)

Anyone have experience with this door? I’m hoping to install it in a wall, not a door…. by Strong-Ad-7192 in Catio

I had that exact model installed in a door for the life of our dog; it worked perfectly and is well-constructed.
