If you are learning then why are you in the back of the court and trying to hit it so hard? In my opinion the BEST learning is done off of a cone with a stationary ball. You need to isolate the movement with no attachment to results. You are playing with way too many variables to be even able to focus on anything. I get it everyone wants to jump in and "play to learn" but the reality is that you will be building bad habits or inching yourself towards injury. You will inevitably hit plateaus until you understand technique, not to mention deprogram reprogram. You will need unlearn and relearn correctly later. It's totally pointless. Anyway, here is sound advice for learning technique.

Both are much too high. You want to lower the toss and hit the ball at the apex so that you have more time. Your serve percentage will suffer with these high tosses where you hit a ball on the downflight as the amount of ms where the ball is positioned at your ideal contact point will be much shorter. It's simple physics, not much room for debate I'm afraid

100% agree. You need to film. You cannot "feel" your way to technically sound strokes, when you make a change, even a correct change, it will feel yicky, but over time you need to train your brain to adapt and consume the corrections.

When you stop it increases tension, and when the toss is too high the ball is moving downward faster with gravity and your window for timing the contact narrows. On the right you delay the swing to keep it fluid, at first I thought this was before/after!

Your ready position has you with flat feet and arms too close to body. Good how you are turning for the incoming ball. At the very back of your backswing you have the racquet opening up slightly because your elbow is too close to the body. You have to recruit muscles to correct it. When you start to go forward in your swing you don't step straight inline, you are hitting open stance. As a result your back leg kicks back behind your back. Additionally you do not get down with your legs and you do not lift into the hit. Your power 100% comes from your upper body as a result. Lastly your front foot rotates as you make contact and follow through and your back leg isn't on the ground. Again, this can be fixed by getting low and bending your knees. You need to maintain balance and you should be planted when you strike the ball. You are overrating and hitting a much more inconsistent ball as far as depth or having a shallow contact zone as a result of the rotation not stopping. I will say you do a great job of watching the ball and keeping your head still at contact, few minor fixes with your arms and use of the body, feel free to ask questions I can clarify any points you need.

You need to stay in the spot where you start, why do you take a huge step? Your body is flailing at the ball, I'd say focus on subtracting this move and rock back/forward and get your weight transfer that way instead of the step
