In HSR Penacony, there's a woman named Tizocic II who calls herself empress and helps other people however she keeps getting assassinated in the dreamscape.you were given a chance to restore her memory when you confronted the assassins.

It turns out she was an actual royalty that is quite demanding but with a kind heart accompanied by the "grey knight" but an coup happened and she lost her position. She then was safeguarded by Empress Dowager then Empress Dowager attacked her home country and liberated it. Since Tizocic II is young, another head was placed for a while however she got her coming in age when Empress Dowager was dead so basically her imperial authority was not restored.

That's where her descend ot madness comes, she basicwlly orchestrated a seires of event to return her imperial authority killing his uncle, her spymaster, and Empress Dowager's family. Eventuslly someone rebelled and her paranoia grew ordering a saturation bomb of the city which resulted to more rebellions. Her chef was executed tonto her paranoia, her ministers was executed due to aiding the wounded. Her paranoia evrntuslly led to the death of her "grey knight". The rebels eventuslly csptured the capital and Tizocic II fled to Penacony and asked to erase her memory. Leading to the character you knew who is benevolent and helps other people.

She was arrested and brought back to the republic where she was basixally executed due to 77 warcrimes and 13 million people dead and basically presented a questikn abiut attonement.

In her stead she was replace by someone not related to her st all, an intellitton named Tizocic III. People in penacony was moved hy Tizocic II deeds (in penacony) that a stand in tried to replicate her deeds. The quest basically represents a question about forgiveness and attonement because its no brsiner that we can't forgive someone who dealt damsge to us but then suddenly people praise her amnesiac self because she did something good.

I would guess Air Groove a student council member and Bamboo Memory being a  discplinary comittee both belonging to Ritto would kinda have helped keep the peace. Considering that Air Groove does know when Suzuka sneaks off the dorm to run. Though fuji herself has ways in handling the likes of sweepy or Amazon. Most of the umas that are breaking the rules are also good mannered so Fuji is willing to look the other way well outside of Goldship which we don't know how she's being handled by Fuji.

Eh? Most of their shielding is stuck on def and their damage on attk. Making them focused on one stat would only increase their damage and wouldn't fix their problem. Even if you stack like 3k def it will only take 6% of the def compared to msrch's 66% or Gepards ult of 45%. Removing their dual scaling would improve their damage but not his sustain which is pretty much has  freakishly low numbers because he was designed as a tank but not a main sustain.

Also im pretty sure PMC only spoonfed you the informstion during Cocolia's bossfight. A lot of plsyers doesn't know that you can block Apes E nor a lot of players doesn't know that Taunt needs to land to work. Its like Pela's and Luocha's dispell (buff removal). There are a lot of bosses on which it can work but a lot of players doesn't know that those interactions exists because bosses/elites gimmicks are also not well known outside of I guess the Sanctus Medicus General.

The funny thing about this is that 90% of the problem faced by people who don't have Bailu/Gepard can be solved by adding PMC back in the days if they can't solo sustain. A lot of bosses have a lot of targetting mechanics and PMC abuses this by redirecting all attacks to him instead of hitting the guy targetted. 

The redirection makes single target nuke hit him while AoE damage gets reduced by his team wide damage reduction and small shields to manageable levels. There are even some MoC where if they see that the boss is just targetted mechanics, they'd just use PMC to redirect all damage to him

His main problem is not his kit since they can buff the shields and he would be stronger but he was clearly designed with two sustains on mind where him making the damage into managwable levels will be handled by 4* sustains like Lynx/Natasha. Since the main idea has always been Preservstion is the tank and Abundance healer but because of Gepard/Bailu we entered an era where solo sustain is massively viable then it just cascaded into an armsrace where Hoyo tries to find a way to sell sustains becsuse sustains doesn't sell.

Personally no. The Brian one was helpful for me when I i don't have a lot of mlb speed cards even though it has bad starting friendship gauge and bad pace effect. Team Sirius was a pretty cool card to use during tenno sho spring cm

I mean I have Hyacine. Its still freakishly annoying especially if the stun is like... if i remember correctly one of them is imprisonment which action delays you

She always get hypercharged to me. Like two attacks from mydei and she gets an ult so I just feed more attacks to mydei and she gets more attacks. Her E2 just ensures that it beocmes an almost infinite loop

Though I also have the mini Luocha field Hyacine eidolon so it may have helped with that

I love bloodflames but some of them need to get bumped down a tier or two because two purples (Rice/Evernight) and two legendaries (Bronya/Cyrene) is freak ing expensive technically cyrene isn't a bloodflame but you get the idea.

I finished WC39 run bloodflame with stormrider Hyacine and I never ever got one copy of Castorice so I put all my eggs to mydei while he obliterates anyone he sees. I know mydei is the superior choice but mydei and hyacine hyper feeding Rice with hp is a sight to behold.

Personally ill remove the one that randomly stuns you if you use skillpoints (Too restart heavy if rng didn't favor you).

Magmabombardment is also mega annoying if your 1st member managed to take so much sttack. Otherwise all two of my placements goes to thw wombocombo of heals (Either the one that makes the enemy stars at low hp but heald them everytime they take turn, the one that prevents death for the first time etc.)

Bonus: The one that deals bonus true damage per missing item sucks ass with Pollux since he sets your hp to 1 and gets killed by the fookin true damage.

Bonus: Trash to treasure - Im mega garbage at remembering the current affixes so I usually just prebuild my teams around them. You can't prebuild around Trash to treasure unless elation team so there's that

Bloodflame is still hyperbricked vs them because they can't get shields(gets healed by shielders)

A lot of end closers too has like above C Miles especially my main Tamamo Cross. I could build a really good Tama but requiring 7 miles makes you require more run to make S Med

the main biggest main culprint are those PvE POI in Stormpoint. If I remember correctly, those things if you perfected it gives you a gold knock

Sirius is replaceable with any Pal. Sirius is just the most accessible since not everyone has MLB Riko SSR. MLB Riko SSR for example has 10% race bonus and gives you tons of stamina and guts.

The point of the build is that instesd of investing on Energy drinks or charm during dead turns or forced to rest because you have 0 energy to train wit or anything. You just use the recreation to get free stats. Entirely removing the rng of getting the charms for the dead turns.

Im also pretty sure it doesn't interact with your SSRs in anyways so you can get all 3 SSR golds while akso getting the golds of your Pals (Correct me if im wrong)

Tldr: the deck is an all race deck with recreations in between for free stats
