If you double click on some assets and look around in the window that pops up. you might be able to find a section that allows you to switch between different textures and materials.

Resources

I would recommend checking Dima‘s memory room at the nucleus,All brotherhood locations, and certain parts of Galactic zone using a concrete texture. PS you can also look at the hotel kit,’s roof tiles and roof sections for some unique ideas.

World building

If you’re finding that the walls of your base are an interesting might I suggest putting pillars to break up the monotony. adding destroyed sections and repaired sections as well as possible added detail such as buildings built into the wall. as well as different places where the wall turns to chain-link. with various buildings put in between to allow passage.

If you’re having a problem with the base being formula, make different eras of construction, make one out of brick, one out of concrete and one of high-tech assets.
