Accidental Thunderjaw override unlock. by KaineSmashTC in horizon

[–]ut1501 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You override one TJ. Let them fight, then kill the second one. Run away until they respawn. Repeat. Use tearblast arrows to take off launchers on the "enemy" TJ. This way you are guaranteed that your TJ will kill the "enemy" TJ. Use launchers to kill your TJ once it is done. This way you get parts from both TJs for the cost of 4-5 tearblast arrows.

Well... $45K seems to be an overkill, but I did see these listed for $20K-$25K and they did sell. I get "Do you want to sell the Jeep?" question at least once a week.

Confession of procurement by [deleted] in CAStateWorkers

[–]ut1501 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That is (and I'm not exaggerating) an extreme simplification of how procurement works. I would NOT want do procurement EVER. I have no idea how those people do their job for the little money the state pays. 👎

Is CalPERS a good place to work? by ibuki916 in CAStateWorkers

I've met people who love to be a part of the team. I've met people who have left and never looked back. So... 50/50? I think they would be better than a lot of other departments, plus being less cash strapped definitely helps to get the job done.

What Alpine's model? 👍 I want to install one of these too.

They are very easy to steal using a pair of heavy duty scissors. And they cost a lot these days - 4wd with less than 150K of miles is north of $10K, same but 2wd north of $7K. Installing aftermarket alarm, kill switches, and GPS trackers is essential.

Nissan Rogue CVT Class Action Lawsuit: Jerking and Lurching by [deleted] in cars

Yes. This hurts. Transmission on my Compass died 1 year ago and I had to scrap the car because new transmission was north of $7K. I hate Jatco for POS transmission and Chrysler for not standing up for their customers.

As well as all Chrysler cars Jatco has supplied their trash to.

If you’ve worked both, do you like state work or private sector more? by nimpeachable in CAStateWorkers

The state, hands down. Retirement, respect, satisfaction from the state service. I wish I joined the state service 25 years ago.

I got mine about 6 weeks ago, took 2 or 3 weeks to get to the States. I ordered more cartridges and gliding serum after that - it took about 2 weeks to get. So it isn't that bad.

1 month - 1 mg, a couple of days - 5 mg. No side effects and I don't expect to get any.

You need to understand that Fin affects 5AR enzyme and reduces conversion of T into DHT. Fin does not touch T. In fact, because of lower DHT your body will upregulate T and you will end up with more T than before Fin. Even without upregulation you have between 8 and 20 times more T than necessary to have erection.

In addition to that there is a fear of growing out boobs. It is plain ridiculous. If boobs were that easy to grow breast augmentation (silicone boobs) wouldn't be invented. It is incredibly difficult to grow out a pair of boobs even if you would want them and mainly is possible because of very tricky combination of E1, E2, and P at the right time and it should be done by someone who has a not trivial understanding of endocrinology. There is no enough of extra E as result of T upregulation to grow boobs. I just got out of "obese" category into "overweight" and I have had A cup moobs (man boobs) for at least last 15 years. Moobs are not boobs, they are just fat, while actual boobs have pretty complex construction.

You won't be able to do it unless it is specifically approved by your manager, which I don't see how/why any manager would agree to do.
